Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a reservation?
Our reservations are available through Opentable and open 90 days in advance. For parties larger than 8 people please use the ‘Large Party / Private Dining Inquiry’ form on our website. If you do not see your preferred time, you can add yourself to the ‘notify me’ waitlist. You will receive an email or text when a booking becomes available in your desired timeframe.
Do you take Walk-ins?
We do take walk-ins based on availability. We also book reservations at our bar. You’re more than welcome to walk-in and add yourself to our waitlist and we will text you when seats become available. On weekends, availability for walk-ins is limited, so the earlier the better!
Where do I park?
There is a free three-hour public lot across the street from the restaurant, and another lot down Travis Ave. There is also paid street parking, and public transportation from the ‘Gold Line’ that drops off directly in front of the restaurant.
How do I modify a reservation?

Are you Kid Friendly?
We are a neighborhood restaurant, all are welcome. We do not have a specific kids’ menu available, but we will do our best to accommodate young ones with either a simple pasta or protein. We have two high chairs available. Please include any children in your reservation size so we can ensure you have a table large enough for high chair and/or stroller access.
Corkage & Cakes
Our corkage fee is $25 per 750ml bottle. Our cake cutting / outside dessert fee is $25 per table.
Allergies & Accommodations
We can accommodate most allergies, with the exception of Allium. Feel free to reach out to us directly at info@customshopfood for any allergy questions or specific accommodations you might need.
